When a user enters a keyword into the Quick Search without selecting a search type, the system automatically defaults to Text Search.

Customer Request:

The client would like the default search behavior to prioritize other search types—particularly City—or allow users to choose a default search type (e.g., City, Address, ZIP Code, etc.).

Reasoning:

According to the client, most users enter a city name directly into the search bar and do not change the search type from the default option. Because the system defaults to Text Search, users often receive irrelevant or unexpected results from multiple locations. Setting the default to City (or allowing the default search type to be configured) would provide more accurate and relevant property results, resulting in a better user experience.
